NatSurf™ is a new readily biodegradable non-ionic surfactant specially designed to help create formulations that offer premium performance and excellent stability. It offers a distinct combination of excellent dispersing, stabilizing, and wetting properties and can be employed as the principal surfactant in cleaning products. This non-ionic alcohol ethoxylate surfactant avoids high viscosities even in ultra-concentrated formulations and has a wide pH tolerance.

Conserve CLH has a formulation based on chlorhexidine digluconate, active with proved broad spectrum bactericide action. Its active ingredient is regulated and listed on the regulations of ANVISA (Brazil) and has registered with the FDA (USA). Conserve CLH use adds bactericidal action to soaps, differentiating the product and incorporating new functionality.

CSR™ is a versatile modified alkali system that can be effectively used in place of sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide as a cleaning and neutralization agent. It is unique because it has a freeze point of -40°F (-40°C) and 30 minutes of skin protection on contact.

Naxonac® products include anionic surfactants, one of the main advantages of phosphate esters is their stability and solubility in alkali systems. They can be used as hydrotropes to couple nonionic surfactants systems which are not soluble and at the same time increase wetting and detergency properties. The presence of the phosphate group imparts some interactions with metallic surfaces, thereby exhibiting some anti-corrosion and metal-adhesion characteristics. They can be used as additives in oil and water-soluble lubricant systems to improve lubricity, anti-frictional properties of the formula. Phosphate esters also find use as emulsifiers in emulsion polymerization.

Plurafac® grades are fatty alcohol alkoxylates. They are petrochemically sourced and are low-foaming nonionic surfactants. The fatty alcohol chains of some Plurafac® types terminate in an alkyl group. Their most important properties are wetting, low-foaming, or even defoaming. They are used in versatile chemical-technical applications to ensure a smooth process flow. BTC’s low-foaming surfactants are used in the paper & pulp industry or in the metal treatment industry, especially in metalworking fluids.
