Royaltherm 1411A is a modified EPDM with a special silicone rubber. Royaltherm 1411A is supplied as a base compound that can be vulcanized with peroxides or sulfur/accelerator systems. Royaltherm 1411A is 30 - 40 Durometer when vulcanized with 1.8 phr of dicumyl peroxide. It can be blended with Royaltherm 1721 for intermediate hardness applications. Royaltherm 1411A is recommended for applications that require lower tensile strength than Royaltherm 1721. Processing of Xenopren® E/P-TD-21-V0 requires injection molding machines with pressure of injection 80MPa. Recommended cylinder temperature should be about 230-2500C and mold temperature 500C.
