ADM Industrial Acid Modified 102 is a modified, hydrolyzed, hot water-soluble maize starch that is well-suited for a variety of industrial applications, with a particular emphasis on plasterboard. It is a non-GMO product that complies with the regulations set by the Food and Drug Administration under §175.105.
