Advanced Laser Materials (ALM) PA 620 MF is a mineral fiber filled nylon 12 easy to process, strong and heavier weight filled material. Drop in replacement for other commercially available fiber filled materials with an increase in recyclability. Fibers have been optimized to produce a smooth surface finish without sacrificing feature detail for tensile properties. Excellent choice for rugged industrial or tooling applications with high tensile modulus values and an HDT of ~177° C.

Advanced Laser Materials (ALM) PA 860 is a formulated for easy processing across all LS platforms. Tightly controlled particle distribution creates a smooth surface finish and excellent feature detail. Parts produced from PA 860 exhibit outstanding mechanical properties without the need to double scan. This material also exhibits very little out gassing, which decreases the potential for “fogging” on the laser window and IR sensors.

Advanced Laser Materials (ALM) PA D80 ST is a stabilized to prevent premature thermal degradation. Parts produced from PA D80-ST exhibit superior mechanical properties. Relatively inexpensive, but parts exhibit a slightly rougher surface finish. Good temperature control is required to process this material.

Advanced Laser Materials (ALM) PA 606 FR is a only commercially available fire retardant nylon 12 material, which meets FAR 25.853 60 second burn specification. The parts produced from PA 606-FR have a much smoother surface finish and sharper feature detail when compared to FR-106. The PA 606-FR will have both mechanical and physical property characteristics similar to PA 650.

Advanced Laser Materials (ALM) PA 615 GS is a 50% glass sphere filled material for improved dimensional stability, increased stiffness, and higher temperature applications when compared to unfilled PA. Drop-in replacement for other commercially available 50% glass sphere filled PA 12 laser sintering powders. PA 615 is more recyclable, produces a better part surface finish, and the dry powder flow has been optimized.

Advanced Laser Materials (ALM) TPE 210 S exhibits good feature definition and infiltration with polyurethane will impart even higher toughness and abrasion resistance. TPE 210-S processes at a much lower temperature (~ 80 C) when compared to other commercially available flexible materials. TPE 210-S is 100% recyclable.

Advanced Laser Materials (ALM) PA 640 GSL is a carbon fiber/glass sphere filled composite is an easy to process, extremely lightweight filled PA 12 material. Improved dimensional stability, recyclability, and increased stiffness. Good Z direction properties and an excellent choice for applications requiring reduced weight and higher temperatures.

Advanced Laser Materials (ALM) PA 616 GS is a 50% glass sphere filled material for improved dimensional stability, increased stiffness, and higher temperature applications when compared to unfilled PA. The PA 616-GS can be processed on any laser sintering platform, but has been specifically engineered for EOS platforms. PA 616-GS is slightly less recyclable when compared to PA 615-GS, but produces a smooth part surface finish.

Advanced Laser Materials (ALM) PA 840 GSL is a engineered for excellent mechanical properties, part definition and surface finish. Stabilized against thermal degradation resulting in little or no scrap material, with typical virgin refresh rates from 15 to 25%. Good temperature control is required to process this material.

Advanced Laser Materials (ALM) PA 605 A is a 50% Aluminum filled nylon 12 that can produce accurate parts with excellent part strength and surface detail. Drop in replacement for other commercially available 50% aluminum filled materials with an increase in recyclability. Improved heat transfer, good dimensional stability and pleasant gray metallic part appearance. Easy to post process; good machinability and can be sanded.

Advanced Laser Materials (ALM) PA 802 CF is a black melt mixed carbon fiber filled nylon 11.

Advanced Laser Materials (ALM) FR 106 is a only commercially available fire retardant nylon 11 material, which meets the FAR 25.853 60 second burn specification. The parts produced from FR-106 exhibit superior mechanical properties, while maintaining high levels of fire retardancy. This material is based on D80-ST, and has been approved for aerospace applications.
