163gsm Twill Weave Glass Fabric, often known as Style 92110, is compatible with polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resin systems. The twill weave offers excellent drapability over compound curvature. Often used as the surface layers on tooling applications to minimize surface fiber print.

Plain Weave Woven Rovings are available in the following weights: 280, 325, 400, 600 and 1080 gsm. Rolls are 1.27m wide and is sold per kg.

175 gsm plain weave, Style 281 fabric. Aramid fabrics are woven from Kevlar or Twaron very high tenacity fibers with excellent mechanical properties in tensile strength and elongation-to-break. Aramid fabric has excellent abrasion resistance and laminates can offer improved toughness. Aramid fibers are typically gold in color and require very sharp shears for cutting. Aramid is difficult to sand and is adversely affected by UV light so it is often covered by laminate or paint.

This is the standard glass fabric used in light aircraft applications. It is also widely used for making molds, providing structure behind the finer weave surface fabrics.

6oz (200gsm) Plain Weave Glass Fabric is designed for surfboard manufacture with a sizing (fiber finish) that provides easy wet out, high clarity and softness for superior fabric handling. The balanced weave fabric is 1.3m wide and is sold per linear meter.

400gsm Plain and Twill Weave Glass Fabrics are compatible with polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resin systems. An excellent heavyweight structural fabric and ideal for stiffening molds.

Lightweight Plain Weave Fiberglass is very light weight 25gsm, 48gsm and 81gsm plain weave glass fabrics, which are ideal for laminating model aircraft structures. The fine weave is also useful for reducing pinholes on the surface of composite components.

Plain weave carbon tapes are manufactured from 12K, T700 carbon tow. They are available in 25, 50, 75, 100, 150 and 300 mm wide and is sold per linear meter.

200 gsm Plain 3K Carbon Plain Weave Carbon is woven over-one-under-one leaving it with a simple grid pattern appearance. This carbon fiber cloth is suitable for use in wet-lay, vacuum bagging and resin infusion manufacture as well as for use as a single surface layer where parts are being made to look like carbon fiber (skinning).

106gsm Plain Weave Glass Fabric , style 2116, is a very tightly woven fabric, ideal for lightweight structures. The fine weave pattern reduces pinholes and provides an excellent surface finish.
