FiorioNat Anthocyanin is a red to blue shade water-soluble pigment obtained from various fruit & vegetable sources. Anthocyanin is responsible for the attractive red, purple and blue colors of many flowers, fruits, and vegetables. Like most natural colors, anthocyanins are sensitive to pH change, being reddest in strongly acidic conditions and it turns bluer as the pH rises.

Flavorchem Natural Orange Color #23.7358 is a natural, water-soluble color derived from beta-carotene. It is an opaque orange to golden orange liquid with no characteristic odor. The suggested starting use level of this product is in the range of 0.10 - 1.0%.

Flavorchem Natural Purple Color #23.7878 is a natural purple color derived from grapes, which provides a range of pink to maroon and purple shades depending on application and pH. It is suitable for use in water-soluble applications. This color is best suited for pH ranges of 3-4.

Flavorchem Natural Green Color #23.7908 is derived from spirulina and turmeric. This color is heat-resistant and stable within a pH range of 4.5 - 8.0. This product is not ideal for acidic conditions or light exposure. Its suggested starting use level is in the range of  0.10 - 1.0%.

Flavorchem Natural Red Color #23.7875 is derived from vegetable juice. It gives a pink-to-red shade depending on the application and pH. It is suitable for water-soluble applications. Its suggested starting use level is in the range of 0.20 - 2.0%.

Flavorchem Natural Blue Color #23.7935 is a natural blue color derived from spirulina. This color is resistant to heat and light and is stable within a pH range of 4.5-8.0. However, it is not ideal for use in acidic conditions. The suggested starting use level for this color is in the range of 0.10 - 1.0%.

Flavorchem Natural Yellow Color #23.7508 is derived from turmeric. This color can produce pastel yellow shades up to bright lemon yellow. This product is heat and pH stable but may fade in light. Its suggested starting usage level is in the range of 0.05 - 1.0%.

Flavorchem Natural Pink Color #23.7758 is a natural pink color derived from beets that provides a beautiful pink to red shade. It is suitable for use in water-soluble applications, and the recommended starting use level is between 0.20 - 2.0%. This color is perfect for beverages and other water-soluble applications.
