Alfrus is a page of history that opens in 1885, in the heart of Puglia , which has always been sought after ""land of almonds"".

In the region that every spring is colored with white and pink petals until they touch all the shades of the sunset, Alfrus intertwines the history of its production with that of the Sisto family .

We are at the beginning of the eighties and Puglia is synonymous with sun, effort, majestic olive trees and of course almonds. Three children grow up surrounded by that scent , bittersweet dust on their clothes, games and jokes until sunset.

Leonardo, Domenico and Michele spend their days next to their father Ambrogio who has always worked with almonds for passion.

Over the years the innocence of childhood turns into attentive gazes that become experts, with almonds now imprinted under the skin and in the heart .
At the age of twenty, the three brothers are already at the helm of the company. And while they take their almonds to every part of Italy, they shake hands, meet gazes and weave relationships of trust."

Alfrus Natural Shelled Almonds Flour is produced from shelled natural sweet almonds (Prunus Dulcis), inspected by passing through the latest generation of sorters, metal detectors and manually selected in order to avoid any non-conforming product or any foreign body of any kind. Subsequently, the almonds are subjected to the milling process, going through steel rollers and are sieved in order to achieve the size (particle size).
