CYMEL® NF 3030 resin is a water-supplied, formaldehyde-free crosslinking agent designed for 2-component, ambient or forced cure, water-borne conversion varnishes in industrial wood applications. When paired with an amine-free acrylic emulsion, it enhances catalyzed pot life compared to isocyanate-based varnishes. The resulting coatings boast excellent appearance, early hardness, resistance properties, and hot/cold cycle flexibility. As a crosslinking agent, it supports VOC-free, sustainable, formaldehyde-free, solvent-free, and environmentally friendly labeling claims. Ideal for wood coatings and finishes, it finds applications in furniture coatings and industrial coatings.

CYMEL® NF 2000A resin is a distinctive trifunctional melamine-based crosslinker with reactive carbamate functionality, supplied in n-butanol. It effectively crosslinks polymers containing hydroxyl and epoxy, resulting in robust, acid-resistant films with a well-balanced blend of hardness and flexibility. Notably, CYMEL NF 2000A resin is formaldehyde-free throughout the curing process, making it a preferred choice for high-quality, durable finishes like automotive topcoats, exterior can varnishes, and coil coatings. Its functions include serving as a crosslinking agent in waterborne and solventborne coatings, particularly in top coats.
