Armite Lubricants MIL907 not only has a high corrosion resistance but also prevents oxidation and corrosion in the materials to which it is applied. This quality makes it a standard for all-around use in chemical plants and refineries. This specification covers anti-seize compounds for use on threads of steel nuts, studs, bolts, and other mating surfaces, including superheated steam installations, at temperatures up to 1050°F (566°C).

Armite Lubricants LP-250F is a sealing compound that prevents seizing or galling at temperatures ranging from -350ºF to 2987ºF. This compound consists of 70% pure lead powder and 30% nonvolatile hydrocarbon vehicle and does not dry out, even when exposed to the atmosphere. Due to the fact that lead is one of the least reactive of the metallic elements, the compound is highly non-contaminative and is impervious to the effects of salt, water, steam, oils, ammonia, and hydrocarbons. LP-250F is only prohibited from use with pure oxygen and Freon gasses.

Armite Lubricants LF-AS 328 to BOEING BMS3-28A is a general purpose anti-seize compound which can be used up to 350°F for threaded parts in contact with aluminum and magnesium alloys.

Armite Lubricants VV-P-236 is a light-grade lubricating grease of superior pharmaceutical-grade quality. However, it is not recommended for use as a lubricant in heavily loaded or hot running bearings.

Armite Lubricants SAE-AMS-2518 contains graphite which may promote corrosion of aluminum, magnesium,ferrous, zinc, and cadmium alloys or plated coatings. It should not be used with such metals. This compound has been used as an anti-seize compound on aircraft engine spark plugs and threaded fasteners and fittings, but its usage is not limited to these applications. This compound may be used safely in contact with austenitic corrosion-resistant steels, titanium, nickel, and cobalt alloys, and similar corrosionresistant metals and alloys.

Armite Lubricants MIL-PRF-83483 has excellent lubricity and high load capacity, is particularly suitable for use on aircraft spark plugs and threaded fasteners and fittings at temperatures below 800°F.
