MoldWiz® PU-13RX - A Liquid mold release agent that is ideally suited for molding polyurethane foam, polymer concrete and other composites molding applications. May be used with FRP or metal molds and is ideal for porous tooling, effectively sealing the surface and contributing to smoother parts. Easier and less time consuming to use and less likely to build up than conventional paste wax release.

XTEND® 19ZAM - An air-drying reactive resin solution that cures to a cross-linked semi-permanent coating, which provides multiple release without transfer.

MoldWiz® WB-GR50 - A water based external release agent that dries at room temperature forming a monomolecular film which adheres by adsorption to the mold walls and has no affinity for the resin. This selective adhesion prevents the film from easily being torn off by the demolded part. Will not interfere with any secondary operations such as decorating, bonding, or painting

XTEND® W-3236 - A semi-permanent, aqueous emulsion, external mold release agent that forms a uniform cured film on drying. Selective adhesion on the mold surface prevents the film from being torn off with de-molding.

XTEND® 19RBU - An air-drying reactive resin solution that cures to a cross-linked semi-permanent coating, which provides multiple release without transfer.

MoldWiz® INT-1681OG - A process aid additive and mold release with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, printing, bonding, or plating.

MoldWiz® INT-20E - A process aid additive with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin or rubber eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. FRP molds require a surface coating to seal the porosity and maintain the gloss. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. Thermoplastic molded parts will be stress-free and thermoset parts may have improved Barcol hardness. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding or plating.

MoldWiz® 424/7NC - A liquid external release agent that dries at room temperature forming a monomolecular film which adheres by adsorption to the mold walls and has no affinity for the resin. This selective adhesion prevents the film from easily being torn off by the demolded part.

MoldWiz® INT-1948MCH - A Process Aid Additive designed specifically for pultrusion. When PU catalyst and lubricant addition levels are optimized, the system can offer long open resin bath times at ambient yet very rapid cures within the heated die. Line speeds can be maximized with excellent surface profiles while reducing both pull force and die wear. Improved wet-out of fiber, fillers and resin is evidenced by retained or improved physical properties of the profile. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding, or plating.

MoldWiz® FFIH - A film forming combination release agent and barrier coat that dries at room temperature. For use on all types of molds. When used on RTV molds, acts as a protective barrier coat greatly extending the life of the molds. The film which is formed on the mold transfers to the molded foam during the curing cycle and acts as a primer for subsequent painting or can be washed off in a water bath, if desired. Does not contain any silicones or waxes and will not interfere with any secondary operations such as decorating, bonding, plating, etc. No necessity for washing of molds between applications.

MoldWiz® INT-1230 - A process aid additive with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. Additional advantages include better resin flow, improved dispersion of other resin additives and faster cycle times. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as printing or bonding.
