Bellflex Lube 2713 is a hose lubricant Experts and it belongs to the Bellflex Lube range of mandrel lubricants that have been developed specifically for hose production. Bell Plastics Ltd manufactures only water-based mandrel lubricant/release products, avoiding the use of flammable solvents and causing environmental damage (VOC). We provide a service to determine the best lubricant for each hose/mandrel combination, which is important because tube compounds vary and behave very differently.

Bellflex Lube 2745 completely silicone free

Bell Plastics Ultra XLPE Film is a new and innovative film that offers many of the advantages of UHMWPE films as well as the added benefit of being able to produce much wider sheets, all at a significant cost savings. Bell Plastics Ultra XLPE Film has excellent abrasion and chemical resistance and is ideal for applications such as hose covers and abrasion resistant industrial products.

Bell Plastics UHMWPE Film is made up of extremely large polyethylene molecules. UHMWPE has excellent wear resistance, a low coefficient of friction, high toughness, and excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals and solvents due to the size of these molecules combined with the chemical stability of polyethylenes. To precise tolerances, we skive our films from solid blocks of pressed and sintered UHMWPE resin. Before pressing, small amounts of carbon and other additives are added to the UHMWPE to modify the properties of different grades, such as making electrically conductive or UV-resistant types.
