From there was born Virosoft MC CP4, a biopesticide that has proven itself in the main fruit-producing regions of North America for more than 10 years. We are now aiming to expand across the Americas to help agricultural companies protect their crops in an ecological way while improving their yields, a guarantee of sustainability.

Virosoft™ CP4 is a biological insecticide containing Cydia pomonella granulovirus. Virus particles must be ingested by larvae to be effective. Timing applications, so that early-instar larvae exiting the eggs or on the surface of the leaf, bark or fruit come in contact with the virus before entering the fruit, will ensure maximum effectiveness. VIROSOFT™ CP4 may be used in integrated pest management (IPM) programs.
