Blygold® PoluAl XT is an aluminum pigmented polyurethane coating especially developed for the protection of air-cooled heat exchangers. PoluAl XT stands apart from the rest. It has an excellent chemical and UV resistance. It offers flexibility, excellent adhesion with negligible effect on the heat transfer. Plus it can be applied in a very thin layer, to prevent pressure drop. PoluAl XT combines all these properties with extraordinary corrosion protection.

Blygold® PoluAl WB is a water based product with corrosion inhibiting ingredients and high content of aluminum pigmentation for diffusion control and heat conductivity. Improved wetting on hydrophobic surfaces makes the product very surface tolerant (compared to other water-based coatings). High corrosion and UV resistance.

Blygold® Casing guard is for the most severe exposure conditions. HVAC equipment at oil platforms, coastal environments or wastewater plants are examples where the system has a long track record. All reasonable accessible surfaces are thoroughly pretreated , primed with Refamac 3509 and finished with Refamac 3800. The primer creates excellent adhesion to OEM coatings and bare metals, special metallic pigments provide the first corrosion protective barrier. The finishing coating “3800” is designed to create coverage even on vulnerable sharp edges. The thin layer technology creates a smooth and extremely protective finish with limited layer thickness.
