Bondthane™ is range of water based polyurethanes that are fully reacted Urethane polymers dispersed in water, in addition to offering the high performance modern applications need, they contain no residual free isocyanate and a low odor, making them safer and easier to use than the alternative. Our polyurethane dispersions range from very soft and flexible films to very hard and abrasion resistant films. Today, our high performance and eco-friendly polymers are being widely used in the coatings and adhesives industries, while also finding their way into other high performance niche applications every day.

Bondthane™ UD-301 is a soft and non-tacky with excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates for both coating and adhesive.

Bondthane™ UD-250 is an excellent alkali and detergent resistant polyurethane. It is a hard polymer used for wood, plastic, or rigid substrates.

Bondthane™ UD-250

Bondthane™ UD-295 is a hard and relatively brittle polyurethane. It can be used in thin topcoats that are diecut.

Bondthane™ UD-375 is a high solids co-solvent free polyurethane dispersion which exhibits a soft rubbery feel film with low gloss.

Bondthane™ UD-302 is a soft economical solvent free polyurethane dispersion for a variety of textile or flexible substrate applications.

Bondthane™ UD-315 is very soft NMP-free polyurethane. It has excellent adhesion to many substrates and can be used for textile, primer, and heat seal adhesive applications. It is NMP free and lower VOC version of UD-301.

Bondthane™ UD-108 is a very soft solvent free polyurethane dispersion with excellent hydrolytic stability. It is used for adhesive and textile applications. It shows good adhesion to many substrates.

Bondthane™ UD-263 is an excellent blend of flexibility, abrasion resistance and gloss. It can be used in leather or PVC topcoats.

Bondthane™ UD-263

Bondthane™ UD-255 is a very hard NMP free waterborne polyurethane dispersion suitable for applications such as wood, rigid plastics, and metal coatings where hardness and abrasion resistance are the primary requirements and flexibility is less important. It uses alternate co-solvent to replace NMP.
