Calico Coatings CT-68 PFA is a black, non-stick coating which offers high temperature resistance, excellent mold release and is capable of conforming to complex shapes with thick or thin films. The coating was developed for industrial/medical processing, chemical handling and commercial cookware applications. FDA conformance is determined by choice of primer.

Calico® D-2 is a nanocomposite structure. This is accomplished by embedding nanocrystalline AlCrN grains into an amorphous matrix. This advanced nanocomposite technology has allowed the formation of a higher nanohardness coating with greater thermal stability than any conventional coating. Typically used in extreme environments and metal-on-metal wear. Calico D-2 is normally applied to steels and hardened steels materials where high wear resistance is needed. It can be stripped and recoated.

Calico Coatings CT-41 is a Black non-stick PTFE coating with a polyamide-imide binder used on metallic substrates to reduce sticking tendency and also provide a tough, durable film for dry lubrication and good abrasion resistance.

Calico Coatings Titanium Carbo-Nitride has the highest lubricity of all the TiN coatings, making it an excellent choice as a dry film lubricant where improved hardness and wear resistance beyond standard Calico TiN is needed. TiCN is normally applied to steels, hardened steel, and stainless steel materials. TiCN is an excellent coating when working against bronze, brass and plastic, therefore, it is a good choice for stamping, punching, and forming. It can be stripped and recoated.

CERTESS® NITRO T is an aluminum doped titanium nitride coating to increase maximum operating temperature with optimized density to limit columnar growth.

CERTESS® NITRO SD is a boron doped titanium nitride coating to increase hardness and maximum operating temperature with optimized density to limit columnar growth.

CERTESS® NITRO TC is a carbon doped titanium nitride coating to decrease friction with optimized density to limit columnar growth.

CERTESS® NITRO Ti is a standard titanium nitride coating with optimized density to limit columnar growth.
