ITC -100 HT Ceramic Coating is a versatile high-temperature coating rated up to 5000℉ proven to achieve outstanding energy savings and refractory protection. The coating is used as a covering for ceramic fiber insulation, castable, or brick refractory. ITC 100 HT works by reflecting radiant heat back into the furnace, kiln, or forge to achieve high temperatures quickly and efficiently. Use the coating as a standalone product or a base coat for other ITC coatings. Pneumatic spray gun available for ease of application.

ITC -200EZ Ceramic Fill is an excellent durable solution for repairing broken, chipped, or cracked bricks, castables, and fiber material. The trowelable compound bonds rapidly and eliminates the need for costly re-bricking and re-lining while minimizing downtime. This coating makes the repair of old equipment economical and efficient. Product is typically applied over a base coat of ITC-100HT.

ITC -296A Ceramic Top Coating is a high purity ceramic top coating that resists deposits from firing gasses and contact with molten metals to provide a clean firing. This clean firing minimizes impurities in gloss kilns and molten metal operations while increasing energy efficiency as the heat is reflected back into the furnace or melt. This reflection results in higher temperatures, lower fuel cost, and shorter process times. ITC-296A Ceramic Top Coating also aids in the reduction of contamination from previous firings and byproducts. The coating is typically used as a top coat and applied over a base coat of ITC 100, 200EZ, or 213. Pneumatic spray gun available for ease of application.

ITC -213 Graphite & Metal Coating is an outstanding coating specially formulated to protect graphite, metals, and heating elements from exposure to molten metals. The coating aids in preventing erosion, oxidation, and fatigue from prolonged use at elevated temperatures. This coating can be used alone, or as a base coat for other ITC coating products.

ITC -148 Heavy Duty Ceramic Repair is a strong abrasion-resistant compound for repairing areas exposed to harsh environments and mechanical abuse such as tundishes, ladles, troughs, crucibles, and door jambs. ITC-148 is a great solution for extending equipment life until planned shut down windows. The coating can also be used on walls and floors that are in contact with molten metals. Additionally, ITC-296A can be applied as a top coat to provide greater durability and extended equipment life even further.
