It is heat stabilized and contains 50% glass reinforcement.

EcoPaXX® Q-KXG6 is a bio-based, high-performance polyamide (PA410) that offers outstanding performance across the board. It is mainly made from tropical castor beans, which do not compete with the food chain. It belongs to the family of long-chain polyamides, which provide exceptional performance in demanding environments. This includes excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point (the highest among bio-plastics), and a high crystallization rate. Terratek® CC200500 is a proprietary blend of corn cob and biobased polyethylene for injection molding applications. CC200500 contains 15% corn cob fiber and with Braskem GreenPE this formulation is fully biobased.

Degummed hemp fiber is raw hemp fiber which has been processed to remove the lignins making the natural hemp fibers softer and easier to turn into yarn or other products.Lignin is a compound in the hemp plant fibers that holds the fibers together and gives the hemp stalks their strength and rigidity.We do offer a few other types of fiber, but if you think this might work for you application or product, we are happy to answer any questions you might have.
