Chemitac® adhesives are used for single-layer or double-layer bonding of compounds to substrates such as metals, plastics, glass, ceramics and textile fibers by the curing process or by vulcanization.

CHEMITAC

Chemitac 10 is a thermoreactive adhesive designed for bonding castable polyurethanes (PU) to rigid substrates and textile fibers. Chemitac 10 is a heavy metal free product.

Chemitac 8 is a thermoreactive adhesive for bonding peroxide-cured silicone elastomers to rigid substrates. Chemitac 8 is a heavy metal free product.

Chemitac 10A is a thermoreactive adhesive designed for bonding castable polyurethanes (PU) to rigid substrates and textile fibers. Chemitac 10A is a heavy metal free product.


CHEMITAC 10A

Chemitac 80DG is a thermoreactive adhesive used with Chemitac 11 primer for bonding NR, SBR, BR, CR, NBR, HNBR, IIR, CIIR, BIIR, CSM and EPDM to rigid substrates. It can also be used as a one-coat adhesive for bonding KTL-treated substrates and textile fibers.


CHEMITAC 80DG

Chemitac 6 is a thermoreactive adhesive for bonding AEM and FKM to rigid substrates. Chemitac 6 is a heavy metal free product.


CHEMITAC 6

Chemitac 11 is a versatile thermoreactive adhesive that can be used as a primer under other Chemitac covercoat adhesive for bonding NR, SBR, BR, CR, NBR, HNBR, IIR, CIIR, BIIR, CSM and EPDM or as a one-coat adhesive for bonding NBR, ACM and solid PU to rigid substrates. Chemitac 11 is a lead-free product.


CHEMITAC 11

Chemitac 141 is a covercoat adhesive used in conjunction with the primer Chemitac 11 for bonding NR, SBR, BR, CR, NBR, HNBR, IIR, CIIR, BIIR, CSM and EPDM to rigid substrates and fibers during vulcanization. It has excellent pre-bake resistance and can also be used as a one-coat adhesive for bonding some rubber compounds. Chemitac 141 is a lead-free product.


CHEMITAC 141

Chemitac 4 is a thermoreactive adhesive for bonding silicone elastomers, HNBR and peroxide_x0002_curable EPDM to rigid substrates. It can also be used as an adhesion promoter for surfaces which cannot be grit blasted, such as engineering ceramics, phosphatized, galvanized, chromatized and stainless steel. Chemitac 4 is a heavy metal free product.
