Chesterton 630 SXCF Extreme-Pressure, Corrosion-Resistant, H1 Food-Grade Grease is a premium quality, water, corrosion and pressure resistant grease that will not be removed even in severe water washout situations. With a dropping point of 318°C (604°F), it will not melt and run out. 630 &amp; 630(E) SXCF offers unique corrosion protection, more than 10 times longer protection against rust than conventional food greases when measured by ASTM standard test methods. 630 &amp; 630(E) SXCF is NSF Registered and complies with FDA regulations 178.3570. It can be the exclusive lubricating grease used in food, beverage, meat, poultry and pharmaceutical plants. Chesterton 630 &amp; 630(E) contains no animal fats or oils which could become rancid and support biological growth. Further, it contains no heavy metals which could mandate hazardous warnings and restrict use.

Chesterton 388 Synthetic Tapping Fluid is a high performance, synthetic metal working fluid. It provides the industrial performance of conventional petroleum and solvent based fluids while eliminating the hazards normally associated with these traditional products. The superior lubrication of a synthetic, combined with maximum heat dissipating capability at the shear plane, results in a product which extends tool life and keeps taps cool to permit rapid cutting. Chesterton 388 is effective for all hand and automatic tapping operations and is used for a variety of demanding metal cutting operations over a broad range of metals, including aluminum. True and precise thread cutting action permits excellent thread quality. Since there is no chlorine or sulfur in the product, the working of stainless steel is facilitated without fear of embrittlement. Chesterton 388 is user and environmentally friendly. It is biodegradable, nonflammable and essentially odorless. Synthetic Tapping Fluid does not smoke, mist or fume during use. The result is a cleaner, safer work environment. A near neutral pH minimizes the potential for skin irritation and defatting commonly caused by organic solvent based cutting fluids.

Opticool™ 372(E) (EMEA Only) is a proven, universal, water miscible metal working fluid. It is ideal where lubricity is important and operations severe. The OPTICOOL 372(E) is suitable for a broad range of metal cutting operations. When mixed with water, OPTICOOL 372(E) forms a stable, emulsion providing for effective machining operations. OPTICOOL 372(E) improves productivity by reducing the time to process metals, increasing the quality of the workmanship and increasing tool life. OPTICOOL 372(E) offers cost effective dilution rates, corrosion inhibiting properties, extreme pressure additive package and hard water stability.

Chesterton 610 Plus Synthetic Lubricating Fluid is a premium quality full synthetic lubricant designed to provide lubrication at temperatures ranging from -25°C (-15°F) to those over 270°C (520°F) where petroleum lubricants are unable to function. Unlike petroleum based lubricants, the product will not carbonize, oxidize to a sludge or form lacquers and varnishes at high temperatures. In fact, 610Plus &amp; 610(E)Plus Synthetic Lubricating Fluid has excellent solvency and will actually remove many of these byproducts caused by other petroleum base lubricants and allow equipment to run cooler and more efficiently. Extreme pressure additives give superior wear characteristics and minimize equipment maintenance and downtime. Rust and oxidation inhibitors give added protection against corrosion.

Chesterton 610 Plus Synthetic Lubricating Fluid

Chesterton 625 CXF as a premium quality, water resistant grease, 625 will not be removed even in severe water washout situations. Superior resistance to washout by water, caustics, sanitizing cleaners, process fluids and steam has been combined with high purity USP White Mineral Oil to produce 625 CXF suitable for Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical use. With a dropping point of 318°C (604°F), it will not melt and run out within recommended operating parameters. 625 is NSF Registered H1 and complies with FDA regulations 178.3570. It can be the exclusive lubricating grease used in food, beverage, meat, poultry and pharmaceutical plants. Chesterton 625 CXF is virtually non-staining, tasteless, and odorless. It is ideal as a maintenance or production lubricant used in food processing equipment, mixing, filling, packaging and production machinery. Chesterton 625 contains no animal fats or oils which could become rancid and support biological growth. Further, it contains no heavy metals which could mandate hazardous warnings and restrict use.

Chesterton 720 CCG Chain, Cable, and Gear Lubricant is a multi-use, off-white translucent, polymer-modified synthetic lubricant. It can be used in applications requiring a high-pressure resistances and durable film to cushion, quiet, and protect equipment. Due to high shear strength and self adhering film, 720 CCG will not fling off or extrude like ordinary oils and greases. Chesterton 720 CCG forms a robust “wear shield” which stays in place even under the most extreme pressures. The contact surfaces are cushioned, thereby, extending life of chains, sprockets, wire ropes, and gear drives. 720 CCG lubricant's anti-corrosion action and water resistance protect chains, wire ropes, and gears exposed to moisture and corrosive liquids and vapors, far exceeding conventional grease technology. It can be used in applications where NSF H1 certification is required.

Chesterton 390 Cutting Oil is a heavy duty, multi-purpose cutting fluid designed to provide maximum tool life and superior parts finish in severe applications. It is a highly reinforced lubricant for faster, easier cutting of hard or soft metals. Maximum lubricity means less wear on tool cutting edges and less down time, cleaner cuts and fewer rejects. The high viscosity oil clings to drills, taps, bores etc. and will provide maximum friction reduction especially when the tool is buried deep within a metal substrate. The convenient aerosol package can be applied at any angle for flat or vertical overhead work. The clinging foam means no drip and no waste. Difficult applications such as the internal threading of pipes is facilitated as 390 Cutting Oil can be easily sprayed into such normally hard to lubricate areas. Many users report that an aerosol can of 390 Cutting Oil goes as far as a gallon of ordinary cutting oil because it is directed at the cutting area and stays there. Before.

Chesterton 615 HTG High-Temperature Greases is the versatile performer needed in all applications requiring a heavy duty NLGI #1 grease. The outstanding extreme pressure characteristics of this grease, coupled with its excellent water wash out resistance make it a truly superior choice for tough applications. The corrosion protection provided to surfaces lubricated with 615 is far greater than virtually all competitive greases. Unlike many NLGI #1 greases, 615 will not bleed or age harden. It can be pumped through grease dispensing systems with ease permitting labor savings through automation. It is important when choosing a lubricant to select the lightest lubricant that will effectively reduce friction and wear between moving parts. An NLGI #1 grease becomes especially important at higher bearing speeds and/ or in equipment subject to very low temperatures.
