C-PLY™ SP BX60 150 C3,4 12K HS is a 150 gsm biaxial spread-tow carbon NCF, +60°/-60°, 75 gsm/ply.It is made using 12K HS carbon fiber.The special orientation at 60° angles and ultra-lightweight plies, reducing the weight of the material, make this suitable for use on composite parts, according to the direction of mechanical stresses.

C-PLY™ SP BT600 CT3,4 50K HS is a 600 gsm biaxial spread-tow carbon NCF, 0°/-90°, 300 gsm/ply.It is made using 50K HS carbon fiber.The heavy-tow carbon fiber spreading process enables the manufacture of homogeneous plies combined using a hybrid chain/tricot stitch.

C-PLY™ BT600 T2,5 50K TRW40 is a 600 gsm biaxial carbon NCF, 0°/90°, 300 gsm/ply. It is made using TRW40 multi compatible resin carbon fiber. Plies are combined using a tricot stitch. This reinforcement is paricularly adpated to the marine industry or parts which are resin infused.

C-PLY™ SP BX100 C3,4 12K HS is a 100 gsm biaxial spread-tow carbon NCF, +45°/-45°, 50 gsm/ply.It is made using 12K HS carbon fiber.The process used to deposit and spread the carbon fibers enables the manufacture of very lightweight plies combined using a functionalized stitch.

G-PLY™ BT583/M450 T6 is a biaxial 0°/90° glass NCF, stitched to a 450gsm mat, resulting in a total weight of 1061 gsm. This multiaxial fabric is intended in particular for the Marine industry, primarily for infusion processes but also for HLU processes.

C-PLY BX600 C2,5 50K TRW40 is a 600 gsm biaxialcarbon NCF, +45°/-45°, 300 gsm/ply. It is made using TRW40 multi compatible resin carbon fiber. Plies are combined using a chain stitch. This reinforcement is paricularly adpated to the marine industry or parts which are resin infused.

C-TAPE™ U1000P 24K HS* is a unidirectional carbon fiber tape with a continuous weft, with a total weight of 1064 gsm. It is made using 24K HS carbon fiber; This carbon tape is used primarily for local reinforcement with epoxy resin. * FOE fiber available upon request

A-WEAVE 440P G is a 0°/90° 440 gsm aramid fabric. This reinforcement is used in ballistic applications.

G-WEAVE 790T/1 is a twill-weave bidirectional 790 gsm glass fabric. Used as reinforcement in industrial applications (marine…), it combines an easy lay-up and a good surface appearance. It can be used with UP, VE or EP resins.

ROVIFLOW™ 1020T/1/NET1/300 (53) is a 1438 gsm stitched multi-layer product, comprising a 1000gsm fabric, a 110gsm polyester flow medium, and a 300gsm mat. It is used for infusion processes without an additional external flow medium.

ROVIFLOW™ 505T/NET1/300 (36) is 923 gsm stitched multi-layer product, comprising a 500gsm fabric, a 110gsm polyester flow medium, and a 300gsm mat. It is used for infusion processes without an additional external flow medium.

C-PLY™ U300S7 CT3,4 24K HS is a 300 gsm unidirectional spread-tow carbon NCF, with glass stabilization at 90°. It is made using 24K HS carbon fiber. The ply is stabilized at 90° so that it is stable for handling.

ROVICORE™ R 450/B5/450 is a reinforcement comprising a non-woven synthetic 250gsm core and two 450glass mats stitched one on each side of the core.It is used in closed-mold processes.

G-TAPE U395P is a unidirectional fiberglass tape with a continuous weft, with a total weight of 420 gsm. It is used in particular in the Marine industry to reinforce longitudinal parts (floor beams, omega profiles, etc.).

G-TAPE 156P is a fiberglass tape, woven using a continuous weft, with a total weight of 156 gsm. It is particularly suitable for local reinforcement and to manufacture parts using filament winding.

VOLUMAT™ 240P/200 (4) ASPECT is a needle-punched multi-layer product comprising a 240gsm fabric, a 200gsm mat and a 50gsm polyester web. VOLUMAT™ is used in pultrusion processes, most notably to manufacture large parts requiring mechanical properties. The addition of a web improves the surface appearance and/or provides a barrier that is resistant to chemicals and UV.

ROVIMAT™ 790T/1/450 is a 1248 gsm stitched multi-layer product, comprising a 790 gsm twill-weave fabric and a 450 gsm glass mat. The twill weave provides for better deformation. It is used in particular in the shipbuilding industry.

ROVICORE™ D3/600 is a stitched reinforcement comprising a non-woven synthetic 180core and a 600gsm glass mat. It is well suited to use for sandwich parts (PVC foam, balsa, etc.).

C-PLY™ SP is manufactured using a process to deposit and spread the carbon fibers, and assembled using an hexagonal stitch. The unique stitching yarn is designed to remain visible after resin impregnation to capture resin color pigment and contribute to additionnal reinforcement in the Z axis. C-PLY™ SP 0/-45 75/75 CT3.4 12K HS is a 150 gsm biaxial spread-tow carbon NCF, 0/-45°, 75 gsm/ply.It is made using 12K HS carbon fiber.The anisotropic orientation ensures that use of the material weight is optimized according to the direction of the forces exerted on the part to be made.

C-TAPE™ U88P/F is a unidirectional carbon fiber tape with a continuous weft, with a total weight of 91 gsm. It is a lightweight and open reinforcement. The binding provided by the weft, along with the addition of fine warp threads, ensures that the regularity of the product’s appearance for use in applications where this is an important factor. This carbon tape is used primarily for sports equipment.
