Chooljian Brothers Packing Company Raisin Juice Concentrate is a pure extract of raisins. It is prepared by leaching the raisins with water in several stages to produce "raisin juice." The liquid is then evaporated in a vacuum pan to obtain a desired concentrate which is self-preserving Raisin juice concentrate contains a minimum of 70 percent natural fruit soluble solids (70degrees Brix).
