BALSASUD® Core is the finest end-grain balsa wood core material in the market, ideal for sandwich construction. It has remarkable physical properties, starting with its outstanding strength-to-weight ratios (high shear and compression strength). It is an all-natural and renewable resource coming from Ecuador. It has exceptional fatigue and impact resistance properties. And it provides phenomenal sound and thermal insulation. In addition, it is a natural fire-retardant material.

CoreLite PET is a cost-effective, closed-cell PET foam specially formulated to provide high mechanical properties.

Engineered to meet the physical demands needed in high performance applications, including carrying static and dynamic loads. Resistance to fatigue is superior, as well as its chemically stability and UV resistance. Water absorption is minimal.

CoreLite PET can handle processing temperatures up to 150 °C (302 °F). During high temperature processing it is thermally stable and no outgassing or expansion occurs. In the event of fire, no toxic gasses are generated.

CoreLite PVC is a universal closed-cell, cross-linked polymer PVC foam formulated for durability, strength, and high processing temperatures. It is compatible with multiple resins and adhesives.It has a very low water absorption rate and excellent chemical resistance. Ideal for many lightweight composite applications.CoreLite PVC HT is a high temperature (HT) foam core for specialty applications that require high processing temperatures.CoreLite PVC F is an impact-resistant foam, engineered for toughness and with excellent shear elongation properties.

CoreLite PVC

A high-quality, cost-effective closed-cell PVC foam specially formulated to provide high physical properties. Engineered to be easy to work with, be weatherproof and deliver good insulation properties, Additionally, it has superior fire behavior.

CoreLite Board is characterized for its phenomenal screw retention and amazing resistance to moisture; it will not rot, mold or mildew. It is also compatible with most resins and adhesives.

CoreLite Board is a stand alone product and can be used without skins as a replacement for wood and plywood. CoreLite Board is 27% lighter than Plywood. This PVC foam board has excellent fastener pullout strength and high flexural strength and stiffness.
It is also highly resistant to chemicals and temperature changes.


CoreLite Board

CoreLite PET is a cost-effective, closed-cell PET foam specially formulated to provide high mechanical properties. It is a 100% recyclable polymer foam with excellent performance. Engineered to meet the physical demands needed in high performance applications, including carrying static and dynamic loads. CoreLite PET can be used as a replacement for PVC and Honeycomb. It possesses excellent laminate-to-core bonding adhesion.
