It can also be used as a noise and sound deadener. 404 is used in the assembly or repair of automobiles, trailers, refrigerator cabinets, HVAC, railroad cars, pre-fabricated buildings, and a variety of other applications. It can be used anywhere a non-staining, non-hardening, non-drying sealer is required.

deVan Sealants 403.21 Freeze Thaw Stable Thumbing Compound is a premium thumb grade sealing compound that has been specially formulated to withstand multiple freeze/thaw cycles. It is used in the assembly of refrigerator and freezer cabinets, as well as anywhere freeze/thaw stability is required.

deVan Sealants 515.11 Butyl Rubber Adhesive / Sealant is a butyl rubber-based adhesive and sealant compound specially formulated for aggressive adhesion to most commercial substrates with no special surface preparation required. 515.11 is used in applications requiring aggressive adhesion, sound deadening, and/or vibration dampening. On most commercial surfaces, adhesion is typically 100 percent cohesive failure.
