DOWSIL(TM) HMW 2220 offers a rich feel, wash-off resistance, and film barrier properties in skin care applications; it provides a superior foam profile and skin feel in body washes; it also provides smoothness, detangling, enhanced fragranced intensity in hair care. Additionally, DOWSIL(TM) HMW 2220 Non-Ionic Emulsion can be used as a viscosity builder in water-in-silicone systems.

This product does not contain ethylene oxide or propylene oxide and can be used to formulate various PEG-free cosmetic formulations. It is designed to produce stable water-in-silicone emulsions and water-in-oil emulsions with enhanced sensory properties. This product also allows the dispersion of pigments and fine particles in silicone fluids and organic oils.
