DuCaVin ABC are progressive new range of flexible and rigid PVC compounds, branded as DuCaVin ABC, has been added to our expanding portfolio of high performance compounds. Developed in partnership with SteriTouch®, DuCaVin ABC compounds have been created as a response to the increasing requests for materials which reduce the growth of harmful organisms such as bacteria, mold and fungi, while remaining entirely safe for sensitive applications.

Dugdale Plc Unpigmented Compounds are available in Rigid and a variety of flexible compounds, these materials allow the end user to add a pigment masterbatch.

Dugdale Plc Rigid extrusion compound - black is a calcium/zinc stabilized, medium impact, satin finish extrusion compound.

Dugdale Plc Intumescent PVC Materials incorporate specially treated graphite flakes that add intumescent properties. At a temperature of around 250°C the layers in each graphite flake separate and this increases the volume of the PVC material by approximately 300 percent. In a fire situation, this reaction would typically be triggered by hot smoke.

Dugdale Plc Rigid Bottle Compound is a transparent, tin stabilized, medium/high impact bottle compound containing a UV absorber.

Dugdale Plc Rigid extrusion compound - White is a calcium/zinc stabilized, medium impact, satin finish, easy processing extrusion compound. As such this material meets the provisions of the RoHS and WEEE Directives in terms of allowable additives.

Dugdale Plc Rigid clear extrusion compound - Blue tint is a transparent, tin stabilized, medium-high impact, profile, or hollow section extrusion compound formulated for interior use. The material does contain a UV stabilizer for protection against fluorescent lighting.
