Sweet potato pellets originates from whole sweet potato. The sweet potatoes are washed, sliced, air dried and pelletized.

Duynie Ingredients PotaFibre Pellet is a co-product released during the production of starch from potatoes. The potatoes are washed and then ground into a potato mash. The mash is separated into starch, liquid protein and fibers. The fibers are pressed, air dried and pelleted.

PotaFlakes is a co-product released during the production of food grade potato flakes. The product is a collection of different food grade flakes that do not match particle size, color or packaging as well as start-up production. The flakes are collected and grinded.

PotaStarch Released is a co-product released during the slicing process of food grade potatoes. The starch gets into the process water and is collected, washed purified and then air dried. The starch is then heat treated to gelatinize the starch.

PotaPure Native is a co-product from whole potato from a French Fries factory. The potatoes are washed and sliced into French Fries. The off-sized shaped potato pieces and sorted potatoes are separated, collected, air dried and grinded.

Tailor Made PotaBlends are blends with a combination of several high quality potato based products. Duynie Ingredients offers some permanent tailor made blends but we can also make tailor made blends specific on customer's request.
