"Ela Kimyevi Maddeler San. & Tic. A.Ş. with the front name; “Ela Kimya” established on June, 2010 to bring innovation to Turkish plasticizer industry. One of the companies in Turkey that have firstly achieved mass-production of DOTP (Dioctyl Terephthalate) which has not contain -ortho-phthalate in its chemical structure, discussed with its risks in terms of health. Afterwards company have expanded its product range with different types of plasticizers which have importance and high consumption amounts in plastic industries all over the world.

With a valueable team of 60 people on 8.500 square meters area, Ela Kimya is operating its all manufacturing and marketing in Tuzla, Istanbul. Now, have an annual production capacity of 48.000 metric tons, also we are increasing the capacity by continuing investments in chemical industry. In 2016, R&D studies has been completed of the new product, “Saturated Polyester Resin” which is the main raw material of powder coating industry. In the first half of 2017, company succesfully has started its production and marketing operations. 

Ela Kimya has certifications for produced DOTP (Dioctyl Terephthalate), DOA (Dioctyl Adipate) and TOTM (Trioctyl Trimellitate) and all Polyester Resin product types by REACH. Company also proceeds ISO 9001 Quality and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety management system, pays regard to high standards in production, respects mankind and environment. As a result of undertaking supply of well-known international companies in different continents, company has been taking a place in the top 10 of Turkey “organic chemicals” export since 2013."

Elafleks® DOTP (Dioctyl Terephthalate) is used as a softener in all PVC paste and pulp mixtures. Used in all calendaring systems, automotive sector, cable production, synthetic leather production, bookbinding fabric production, PVC floor cloth production, production of goods not containing phthalate (toy sector, bookbinding fabric production, production of some hoses, table cloth, etc.), PVC door mat production, tarpaulin production.

ELAFLEKS® DOTP (Dioctyl Terephthalate)

Elafleks® DOA (Dioctyl Adipate) is used as a softener in all PVC paste and pulp mixtures. Used in PVC shoe and slipper base production, synthetic leather, PVC granule production, production of membranes and water holder bands, paint and varnish sectors, floor covering and door mat production, PVC höse production and widely used in calendaring systems.

Elafleks® DINP (Diisononyl Phthalate) is used as a softener in all PVC paste and pulp mixtures. Used in all calendaring systems, automotive sector, cable production, synthetic leather production, bookbinding fabric production, PVC and Floor Covering production.

ELAFLEKS® DINP (Diisononyl Phthalate)

Elafleks® TOTM (Trioctyl Trimellitate) is a copolymer used in all applications of PVC resin and a plasticizer. Tools for applications requiring insulation Gaskets, Automotive internal electrical parts, wire and cable insulation, vinyl compounds.
