Sharing the same properties as DCA, DCB also offers camouflage to the PCB by being black opaque. AFA-S is a modified version of AFA. This ‘Spray’ grade Aromatic Free Acrylic conformal coating has been formulated for use in atomised spray applicators, and manual HVLP spray guns. AFA-S comes pre-mixed to the correct viscosity for these application methods and is a ‘ready for use’ product without requiring any further mixing by the operator.

AFA-F is a modified ‘Film Coat’ version of AFA Aromatic Free Acrylic conformal coating. It has been formulated as a ready for use product suitable for selected film coating machines. It is pre-mixed to the correct viscosity to use and does not require any further mixing – eliminating the margin for error involved when the machine operator is required to add solvent.
