AFA-G is a more viscous / gel like version of the successful AFA acrylic conformal coating. It has been designed to be used alongside the other AFA coatings. AFA-G is intended to be dispensed around the base of connectors to act as a permanent masking material. This masking layer will help prevent the capillary flow of material into the connectors, which can cause loss insulation of tabs and loss of connectivity. In addition, the improved resistance to flow of AFA-G can be used to more clearly define difficult keep-out areas during selective coating. . It can also be used to re-enforce sharp edges of critical components which may otherwise be missed by less viscous materials during the coating process.

APL Acrylic Protective Laquer is a flexible, fast drying acrylic conformal coating used for the protection of electronic circuitry. It has been formulated for professional use only and meets the requirements of a variety of international standards.

Electrolube AFA optically clear acrylic conformal coating ideally suited for use as an LED coating or in other commercial applications to protect the PCB from the environment. AFA-S is a modified version of AFA. This ‘Spray’ grade Aromatic Free Acrylic conformal coating has been formulated for use in atomised spray applicators, and manual HVLP spray guns. AFA-S comes pre-mixed to the correct viscosity for these application methods and is a ‘ready for use’ product without requiring any further mixing by the operator.

AFA-F is a modified ‘Film Coat’ version of AFA Aromatic Free Acrylic conformal coating. It has been formulated as a ready for use product suitable for selected film coating machines. It is pre-mixed to the correct viscosity to use and does not require any further mixing – eliminating the margin for error involved when the machine operator is required to add solvent.
