Applications & Uses

Application

Different types of proteins, egg yolk, emulsifiers and gums are used to stabilize food emulsions and improve their mouth feel and shelf life. To meet the demand from both food processors and consumers for more save and healthy products (lower fat, no cholesterol, no microbiological problems). Emfix K 02 is a pregelatinized starch which can be used in a great range of emulsified foods to replace partially or totally the classical emulsifiers. Key applications are:
