EnSolv® NEXT is a high-trans fluorinated solvent. EnSolv® 5408 is a stabilized, non-flammable, n-propyl bromide based solvent for the replacement of trichloroethylene, perchloroethylene and other solvents designed exclusively for precision cleaning aerospace parts in vapor degreasers. EnSolv® 5408 is an azeotropic mixture and unlike other solvents on the market, EnSolv® 5408’s stabilizer package typically precludes the need to add stabilizers to maintain the integrity of the solvent through normal use. EnSolv® 5408 can be distilled and reused through numerous cycles before it needs to be replaced, reducing overall costs for your cleaning process.

NEXT 3000 is high-trans fluorinated blend is formulated to meet a wide range of precision cleaning needs. NEXT 3000 is perfectly suited for vapor degreasing in existing equipment, cold wiping applications, oxygen cleaning and many other functions. It is a nonflammable cleaning fluid that can also be used as a carrier fluid for deposition of materials such as silicone and other lubricants.

Tech Kleen® STNPB AG is the version of Tech Kleen that was approved by Boeing (Boeing Vapor Degreasing Specification BAC5408, PSD 6-65). Manufacturing professionals in the aerospace industry use it to clean a variety of metallic parts, including engine blades and landing gear.

NEXT 5408, a nonflammable precision cleaning solvent based on 1,2 trans dichloroethylene, is an ASTM D2942 aviation degreaser approved under Boeing’s commercial PSD 6-77 specification for use under BAC 5408. NEXT 5408 has been approved for use on primed or painted surfaces per BMS10-11 Type I, BMS10-11 Type II, BMS10-20 Type II, BMS10-79 Type III, BMS10-79 Type II, BMS10-60 Type II and BMS10-10-100. Our patent pending NEXT 5408 is an azeotropic mixture which typically precludes the need to add stabilizers to maintain the integrity of the solvent through normal use.

Enviro Tech International 1,2 Trans Dichloroethylene is a next-gen chlorinated solvent that is widely used in precision degreasing applications. When compared with other chlorinated solvents such as Trichloroethylene (TCE) and Perchloroethylene (PERC), 1,2 Trans DCE is shown to have significantly less negative environmental and human health impacts. Virgin 1,2 Trans Dichloroethylene is flammable with a flash point of 2°C (36°F). However, Enviro Tech's fluorinated solvents manufactured with 1,2 Trans DCE are non-flammable due to the proprietary stabilizer package that keeps the solvent both stable and and recyclable for numerous cleaning cycles.

Tech Kleen® AER is a variation of the n propyl bromide chemistry available in drums or in bulk, designed for packaging into aerosol cans for various uses, as carriers for other products like silicones or lubricants, or as a degreaser or electrical contact cleaner/defluxer.

Enviro Tech International Isopropyl Alcohol is an isopropanol is available for purchase in various container sizes. 99% concentrated IPA is used in industries as a solvent or cleaning chemical for products that do not react well to water. 99% IPA has a low flash point and thus evaporates rapidly making it a useful cleaning agent for computer boards, electronics and other industries that require rapid evaporation of the cleaning compound.
