Bromelain is the collective name for the enzymes found in various members of the Bromeliaceae family. Enzybel Asia Pacific /PT BE extracts and purifies Bromelain naturally from pineapple stems following the GMP and API’s regulations. Our Indonesian production plant PT BE is located in the middle of pineapple plantation in the south of Sumatra Island.

Pancreatin is a mixture of several digestive enzymes produced by the exocrine cells of the pancreas gland. It is mainly composed of amylase, lipase and protease enzymes. It is a digestive enzyme produced by the pancreas and delivered to the small intestine for the hydrolysis of complex nutrients. Pancreatin contains enzymatic components including trypsin, amylase and lipase, ribonuclease, and protease, produced by the exocrine cells of the porcine pancreas. This combination of enzymes allows it to hydrolyze proteins, starch and fats.

Chymotrypsin is a proteolytic enzyme crystallized from an extract of the pancreas gland of the ox. Chymotrypsin is a proteolytic enzyme, which preferentially catalyzes the hydrolysis of peptide bonds involving L-isomers of tyrosine, phenylalanine and tryptophan.The optimum pH is 8.0. The enzyme is inhibited by heavy metals, the natural trypsin inhibitors to various degrees. Enzybel ultrapure Chymotrypsin is extracted from bovine pancreas and has been further purified by an affinity chromatography to remove trace contaminating proteases.

CHYMOTRYPSIN

Trypsin is a proteolytic enzyme crystallized from an extract of the pancreas gland of the ox. Trypsin is a proteolytic enzyme, which specifically cleaves positively charged side chains with lysine and arginine. The optimum pH is 8.0. Trypsin is inhibited by natural inhibitors from pancreas. Calcium ion retards trypsin autolysis and promotes activation of trypsinogen. Enzybel ultrapure Trypsin has been further purified by affinity chromatography to remove trace contamination.

Enzybel Group Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP), is a plant derived enzyme and is extracted from the roots of horseradish and is worldwide used extensively in biochemistry applications. It is a pure, brown to red-brown lyophilized powder for reconstitution and use in protein research methods. HRP is a metalloenzyme with many isoforms, of which the most studied type is C.
