The use levels of EVERSTAB-FS042 range between 0.05% and 0.15% are recommended for protection. It depends on the substrate and performance requirements of the final application.

EVERNOX-10 is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant with a highly effective, non-discoloring stabilizer for organic materials. It protects these materials against thermo-oxidative degradation. EVERNOX-10 can be applied in polyolefins, such as PE, PP and olefin copolymers like EVA. Also its use is recommended in various polymers such as POM, PA, PUR, PES, PBT, PET, PVC, styrenic like IPS, ABS, elastomers like SBS, SEBS, EPM and EPDM as well as synthetic rubbers, adhesives tackifier and other organic substrates. EVERNOX-10 has good compatibility, high resistance to extraction and low volatility, odorless. It can be used in combination with other additives like costabilizers (e.g. thioesters, phosphites, phosphonites), light stabilizer and other functional stabilizers. The synergistic blends of EVERNOX-10 with EVERFOS-168 are extreme performance in polymers stabilization.

EVERNOX-B410 is used in polyolefins and olefins-copolymers such as LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP and EVA. It can also be used in other polymers such as engineering plastics, styrene homo and copolymers such as PBT, PET, PA, POM, PS, ABS, PUR, elastomers BR, SBR, SBS, adhesives and other organic substrates. The B-blends can be used in combination with light stabilizers of UV-absorbers and hindered amine light stabilizers.

It is recommended for various applications which require high light stabilization of polymers.

EVERNOX-2246 is one of the most widely used antioxidants for white, light colored and transparent vulcanates that are based on natural or synthetic rubbers. In light colored vulcanates, it retards the crazing effect caused by exposure to light. It does not influence processing and vulcanizing properties. It exhibits low volatility and migration which makes it suitable for use in POM and ABS. EVERNOX-2246 is listed in Section 175.105 of the Food Additives Regulations as a component food packaging adhesives and in Section 177.2600 as a component of rubber articles intended for repeated use in contact with food. Total antioxidant is not to exceed 5% by weight of rubber product. It is also permitted for use in olefin polymers per Section 178.2010 at levels not to exceed 0.1 wt. % of the finished product, in contact with foods of high water content, alcoholic beverages, moist and dry solids containing no free fat or oil on the surface, etc.

EVERSTAB LS-292/765 may be used after adequate testing for applications such as: automotive coatings; coil coatings; wood stains or do-it-yourself paints; radiation curable coatings. Its high efficiency has been demonstrated in coatings based on a variety of binders such as: one and two-component polyurethanes; thermoplastic acrylics (physical drying); thermosetting acrylics; alkyds and polyesters; alkyds (air drying); water borne acrylics; phenolics, vinylics; radiation curable acrylics.

EVERNOX-76 is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant with a highly effective, non-discoloring, odorless, good compatibility with most substrates and high resistance to extraction. EVERNOX-76 can be applied in polyolefins, such as PE, PP and well as in other polymers such as styrenics and styrene homo and copolymers such as IPS, ABS, MBS and engineering plastics such as PBT, PET and PUR, elastomers like SBS, SBR, BR, adhesives and other organic substrates. EVERNOX-76 can be combined with other additives such as costabilizer (e.g. thioesters, phosphites, phosphonites), light stabilizer and other functional stabilizers. The synergistic blends of EVERNOX-76 with EVERFOS-168 are extreme performance in polymers stabilization.

EVERSTAB FS301 is a high performance blending antioxidant. It has excellent color stability, high compatibility, low volatility, hydrolytic stability, and better storage stability at elevated temperature.
