Vecollage® Fortify GP is a vegan, skin-identical collagen polypeptide used in skin care formulations. It works through a dual anti-aging mechanism, reducing ECM degradation while boosting collagen production. The product strengthens the dermal-epidermal junction using exosome-mediated signaling and enhances skin firmness, elasticity, and dermal density at minimal dosages. Free from preservatives, it is ideal for pre and post-procedure care, as well as anti-aging and dermacosmetic applications.

POLYCAT® 41 is a tertiary amine catalyst employed in a wide variety of polyurethane foam and non-foam applications. It is a gel catalyst with added mild PIR selectivity, making it suitable for a wide variety of rigid polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foam and non-foam applications. It is recommended as a co-catalyst in combination with other polyurethane and polyisocyanurate catalysts, particularly in formulations with an isocyanate index greater than 105–110.

KOSMOS® 33 is a solution of potassium acetate in diethylene glycol. KOSMOS® 33 promotes the isocyanurate reaction and finds utility in a wide range of rigid PU foam applications. It exhibits low viscosity and high efficiency as a standard trimerization catalyst for laminated rigid insulation panels. KOSMOS® 33 is also a suitable co-catalyst in PUR formulations, enhancing the curing process.

Dynasylan® DAMO-T is a bifunctional organosilane, equipped with two reactive amino groups and hydrolyzable inorganic methoxysilyl groups. With this dual reactivity, Dynasylan® DAMO-T can establish chemical bonds with both inorganic materials (such as glass, metals, fillers) and organic polymers (including thermosets, thermoplastics, elastomers). This makes it an effective adhesion promoter and surface modifier.

Dynasylan® VPS 7163 is an exceptional silane solution offered by Evonik, specifically designed for use in 1K/2K polyurethanes, including reactive hot melt adhesives. Evonik Polymer VS 200 consists of vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxanes available in different viscosity levels and molecular weights, with an impressively low content of volatile constituents. These polymers serve as fundamental components in silicone formulations that cure through a platinum-catalyzed addition reaction with silicone crosslinkers containing SiH groups. The minimal presence of volatile constituents and the crosslinking mechanism ensure that curing shrinkage remains low, and no volatile or corrosive substances are generated during the curing process.

It is a tertiary amine known as diazobicycloundecene (DBU), which greatly enhances the urethane reaction (polyol-isocyanate) in various applications such as semi-flexible microcellular foam, coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers.
