Citri-Fi can be labeled as citrus fiber, dried citrus pulp or citrus flour. This citrus fiber is non-GMO Project certified, non-allergenic, and gluten-free. Citri-Fi has no E-number and is typically used to clean up labels by replacing starches, gums, chemical emulsifiers and/or stabilizers.

Citri-Fi 200 series is a natural, upcycled citrus fiber co-processed with guar gum. This clean label ingredient provides high water holding, emulsification and additional viscosity which benefit food products such as dairy, sauces, dressings, beverages and bakery.

Citri-Fi® 200 Citrus Fiber

Citri-Fi® TX20 is a natural, upcycled citrus fiber produced from the citrus juicing process. This texturizing citrus fiber creates meat-like texture, firmness and binding which benefit meat alternative and animal-based meat products. When used with specialty proteins like potato and/or canola protein, this natural texturizer can create methylcellulose-free meat substitutes. Citri-Fi TX20 series can be labeled as citrus fiber, dried citrus pulp or citrus flour.
