Citri-Fi® TX20 is a natural, upcycled citrus fiber produced from the citrus juicing process. This texturizing citrus fiber creates meat-like texture, firmness and binding which benefit meat alternative and animal-based meat products. When used with specialty proteins like potato and/or canola protein, this natural texturizer can create methylcellulose-free meat substitutes. Citri-Fi TX20 series can be labeled as citrus fiber, dried citrus pulp or citrus flour.
