Aside from our extensive capabilities in semi-finished products, our family of companies also excel in machined parts. Servicing a variety of sectors, we cover a broad scale, from large volume precision turning through to complex large milled parts. We offer up to simultaneous 5-axis machining and seal molding capabilities up to 3 meters.

Fluorseals’ portfolio includes Virgin, Modified and Filled Compounds products marketed through the trade name fluteck™ P, which identifies the PTFE business line.PTFE can be transformed using several different techniques such as ram extrusion, compression molding, paste extrusion and isostatic molding.

fluteck™ P1000 PTFE Standard Grade is Virgin PTFE for Ram Extrusion, Compression and Isostatic molding.

fluteck™ P2000 PTFE Premium Grade-USP Class VI is a high tech Virgin PTFE for Ram Extrusion, Compression and Isostatic molding, classified as medical grade according to the standard USP VI (50° C -122° F and 121° C – 250° F) and ISO 10993-1:2009.
