A. Infrared absorption spectrophotometry. Comparison: Micronised Purified Flavonoid Fraction working standard.
B. Examine the chromatograms obtained in the assay.
Results: Main peaks in the chromatogram obtained with the test solution are similar in retention time and size to the mains in the chromatogram obtained with the Micronised Purified Flavonoid Fraction working standard solution.
