Water, lactose and minerals are reduced to achieve a given protein content of 85% (casein and whey protein). After membrane separation, IdaPro MPI-85 LL is immediately spray dried and packaged.

After membrane separation, IdaPro MPI-85 Super- Kosher is immediately spray dried and packaged. IdaPro Milk Protein Isolate-85% (MPI-85) Super-Kosher, also called ‘Cholov Yisroel’, has a high Kosher standard and is produced especially for the ultra-Orthodox consumer. This product is produced only under strict Rabbinical supervision from the milking process through to the final finished product.
