Omnipol BP is a difunctional benzophenone photoinitiator specifically designed for use in inks and coatings requiring low migration and low volatility. It is particularly suited to use in combination with amine synergists and non-pigmented coatings as an alternative to benzophenone.

Omnirad 500 is a highly effective liquid photoinitiator, used for UV-polymerisation of suitable resins. The low viscosity allows lower of the viscosity of the total formulation. Well suited for water-based formulation.

Omnicat 440 is a low odor, benzene free iodonium hexafluorophosphate salt for cationic curing of epoxy, oxetane, and vinyl ether formulations.

Omnicat 320 is a colorless liquid photoinitiator of mixed triarylsulfonium hexafluoroantimonate salts in propylene carbonate. Omnicat 320 has been designed for the cationic curing of inks and coatings based on epoxy, oxetane, and vinyl ether formulations. Omnicat 320 exhibits high cure-speed, low odor, and excellent post cure.

Esacure KTO 46 is a stable liquid mixture of Trimethylbenzoyldiphenylphosphineoxide and - hydroxy ketones and Benzophenone derivatives.It is particularly indicated for the photopolymerisation of UV curable pigmented systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required.

Omnirad BP Flakes is a highly effective Type II photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light.

Omnipol TX is a difunctional thioxanthone photoinitiator specifically designed for use in inks requiring low migration and low volatility. It is particularly suited to use in offset printing inks as an alternative to Omnirad ITX (Isopropyl thioxanthone) in combination with other photoinitiators and amine synergists.

PHOTOMER® 5028 is a tri functional chlorinated polyester acrylate diluted in 40% Photomer® 4094 (GPTA). It has been designed for use in UV/EB curable formulations for substrates such as wood, paper, plastic and metal. The product can aid adhesion to difficult substrates such as plastics.

Omnirad 4265 is a highly effective liquid photoinitiator blend, used for UV-polymerisation of suitable resins. Omnirad 4265 is easily incorporated into waterborne formulations.

Omnirad 4PBZ is an effective Type II photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light.

Omnicat 432 is a mixture of triarylsulfonium hexafluorophosphate salts and propylene carbonate, for cationic curing of epoxy, oxetane, and vinyl ether formulations.

Omnicat 550 is a highly reactive odorless and benzene free photoinitiator designed for use in cationic curing inks and coatings. It is particularly suited to use in pigmented inks. Omnicat 550 has good solubility in the cycloaliphatic epoxides and oxetane diluents used in cationic UV curing formulations. Omnicat 550 is not sensitized by either hydroxyketone photoiniators, thioxanthones or anthracene derivatives.

Omnirad BDK is a highly efficient, type I photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light. It can be used in combination with mono or multi-functional monomers as reactive diluents.

Omnipol ASA is a liquid polymeric amine synergist specifically designed for use in inks requiring low migration and low volatility. It is particularly suited to use in combination with low migration Type II photoinitiators as Omnipol BP and TX.

Omnirad EDB is a highly efficient tertiary amine synergist which, when used in conjunction with Type II photoinitiators generates free radicals that initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light. It can be used in combination with mono or multi functional monomers as reactive diluents.

PHOTOMER® 4149 TF is an aliphatic trifunctional acrylate of low viscosity, low skin irritancy and excellent crosslinking reactivity. In comparison to other trifunctional acrylates, it is an unusually effective reactive diluent with excellent solvency and viscosity reducing characteristics in radiation curable formulations based on epoxy, polyurethane, and polyester oligomers.

Omnicat 445 is a low odor, benzene free iodonium hexafluorophosphate salt for cationic curing of epoxy, oxetane, and vinyl ether formulations.

Omnirad 127 D is a highly efficient Type I Photoinitiator that may be used to initiate the photo polymerization of unsaturated pre-polymers like acrylates – in combination with mono- or multifunctional monomers. Omnirad 127 D is especially suitable for all types of pigmented UV inks (offset, screen, flexo and inkjet) and clear coatings, particularly in thin coatings (such as overprint varnishes) but also in a variety of coating applications.

Photomer® 4039 is a monofunctional aromatic acrylate of low viscosity, low odor, moderate cure speed and classified as a mild skin irritant. Due to modification of its aromatic backbone, it has been found useful as a flexibilizer and is suggested for UV curable litho, screen and flexographic inks, clear litho coatings, and lacquers.

PHOTOMER® 4226 TF (DPGDA)is a toluene free aliphatic difunctional acrylate of low viscosity used as diluent for UV and EB radiation curable formulations.

Omnipol 910 is a polymeric Type I photoinitiator, based on piperazino based compounds of the aminoalkylphenone photoinitiator class. The low level of photolysis product migration and low odor, make the product suitable for use in demanding applications such as food packaging inks. The strong UV Chromophore in the UV-B region makes the Omnipol 910 particularly useful in pigmented printing inks.

Omnirad 127 is a highly efficient Type I Photoinitiator that may be used to initiate the photo polymerization of unsaturated pre-polymers like acrylates – in combination with mono- or multifunctional monomers. Omnirad 127 is especially suitable for all types of pigmented UV inks (offset, screen, flexo and inkjet) and clear coatings, particularly in thin coatings (such as overprint varnishes) but also in a variety of coating applications.

Omnirad OMBB is a near odorless Type II photoinitiator which, when used with tertiary amine synergists, initiates radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light.

Omnicat BL-550 is a liquid photoinitiator blend, based on Omnicat 550 (20%), Propylene Carbonate (25%) and cycloaliphatic epoxy (55%).

Photomer® 4003 is a monofunctional aromatic acrylate of low viscosity, moderate odor, good cure speed and is classified as a skin irritant and sensitizer. Due to the monofunctional character of its backbone, it has been found useful as a flexibilizer and as an adhesion promoter. It is suggested for use in UV/EB curable flexo, screen and flexographic inks, clear coatings and lacquers.

Omnirad TPO-L is a highly efficient, liquid, Type I photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates and unsaturated polyesters containing styrene, after exposure to UV light. It can be used in combination with mono or multi-functional monomers as reactive diluents.

PHOTOMER® 6009 is a proprietary, non yellowing, aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer developed for radiation curable systems. This premium oligomer of low viscosity eliminates the need to melt out the oligomer prior to use. PHOTOMER® 6009 is an excellent film former and it exhibits excellent light stability and outstanding haze, scratch and abrasion resistance.

PHOTOMER® 4173 is a proprietary UV/EB curable acrylate oligomer of low functionality and low viscosity. Designed primarily for use in etch-resist inks for printed circuit board manufacture, it can be readily formulated into a UV curable screen ink which exhibits good scratch resistance and improved stripping characteristics.

Omnipol 9210 is a photo-initiator with high reactivity, good compatibility, low odor and migration, and with low fragments releasing after curing. It is especially designed for use in inks and coatings requiring low migration and low volatiles.

PHOTOMER® 6010 is a proprietary, non-yellowing aliphatic urethane developed for radiation curable systems. This premium oligomer of low viscosity eliminates the need to melt the oligomer prior to use. An excellent film former, it exhibits excellent light stability and weatherability for outdoor applications and outstanding haze, scratch and abrasion resistance.

Omnirad BMS is a highly effective Type II photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated monomers and oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light

Omnirad 369 is a highly efficient UV-curing agent used to initiate the photo polymerization of chemically unsaturated prepolymers – e.g., acrylates – in combination with mono- or multifunctional monomers.

Photomer® 4035 is a monofunctional aromatic acrylate of low viscosity, moderate odor and good cure speed. Due to the Monofunctional character of its backbone, it has been found useful as a flexibilizer and as an adhesion promoter. Photomer® 4035 is recommended for use in UV/EB curable screen, flexographic inks, clear coatings and lacquers.

Omnirad 4MBZ Flakes is an effective Type II photoinitiator used, in combination with tertiary amine synergists, to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light.

Omnipol 2702 is a di-functional polymeric benzophenone derivative type II photoinitiator, specifically designed for use in inks and coatings requiring low migration and low volatility.
