PHOTOMER® 5028 is a tri functional chlorinated polyester acrylate diluted in 40% Photomer® 4094 (GPTA). It has been designed for use in UV/EB curable formulations for substrates such as wood, paper, plastic and metal. The product can aid adhesion to difficult substrates such as plastics.

Esacure KIP 150 is an oligomeric polyfunctional α-hydroxyketone characterized by high reactivity and non-yellowing properties. It is particularly recommended when low VOC, low odor and low yellowing are required characteristic.

Photomer® 4071 is a low viscosity and low odor diluent for UV and EB radiation curable varnishes and pigmented coatings like inks as well as for UV inkjet applications.

Omnistab 123 is a liquid HALS stabilizer based on aminoether functionality. Its low basicity prevents possible interactions with acidic paint ingredients such as catalysts.

PHOTOMER® 4094 (GPTA) is an aliphatic trifunctional acrylate of low viscosity, low skin irritancy and excellent reactivity. Designed for UV/EB curable systems, it produces films of high crosslink density which are more flexible than those of first generation monomers such as TMPTA without sacrificing cure speed.

PHOTOMER® 3052 is a high viscosity, non-volatile, difunctional acrylate ester derived from a modified epoxy acrylate blend. The product exhibits fast cure speed, low odor and low skin irritancy. It is an excellent film former and contributes to unique performance properties typical of epoxy resins in UV/EB curable formulations.

Omnimer ACMO is a low viscosity, monofunctional UV reactive diluent for UV and EB radiation curable formulations. The product exhibits of excellent heat resistance and low odor (due to its low vapor pressure) .

Omnistab 1130 is a liquid type UV absorber especially developed for coatings, and can be used in combination with hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS) such as Omnistab LS 292.

PHOTOMER® 6019 is a proprietary, non-yellowing aliphatic urethane oligomer developed for UV/EB curable systems. This medium viscosity acrylate resin exhibits good adhesion to flexible plastics, metal and glass. It is Recommended as a primary oligomer for secondary coatings in optical fibers, fiber-optic sensors and light pipes. Excellent weatherability, scratch, scuff and mar resistance are characteristics of this oligomer.

Omnivad Mirroflex SB 50 % is a product specifically designed for the Energy Curing coating and ink industry. This product can be used in many applications where high gloss and flexibility are required. Omnivad Mirroflex SB 50% is an outstanding coating modifier for clear and pigmented coatings.

Photomer® 4158 is a high molecular weight analog of ethoxylated TMPTA (Photomer® 4149). Because of its increased ethoxylate content, Photomer® 4158 exhibits greater hydrophilic characteristics than unmodified acrylate polyols and will provide an excellent starting point for developing water dispersible UV/EB curable inks and coatings.

Omnicat 250 is a versatile photoinitiator for cationic polymerization of epoxy- or oxetane-based photocurable systems upon light exposure. It can be used to effectively cure cationic inks and coatings, e.g., printing inks, white base coatings and adhesives. Omnicat 250 is especially suitable to the cure thick and highly pigmented systems.

Esacure TZM is a liquid mixture of Benzophenone (50%) and 4-Methylbenzophenone (50%). It is particularly indicated for the photopolymerisation of UV curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required. The radical generation occurs via hydrogen abstraction by the action of a co-initiator such as tertiary amines.

PHOTOMER® 4399 is a medium viscosity mixture of penta-acrylate and hexa-acrylate monomer for UV/EB curable coatings and inks on paper, foil, wood and plastic substrates. It imparts excellent abrasion and scratch resistance as well as fast cure response together with good water and chemical resistance when formulated into UV/EB curable applications.

PHOTOMER® 4017 (HDDA) is a low viscosity diluent for UV and EB radiation curable lacquers and pigmented coatings, used in paper and board coatings, wood finishes vinyl flooring and flexible vinyl.

PHOTOMER® 6210 is a proprietary, non-yellowing aliphatic urethane developed for radiation curable systems. This premium oligomer with very low viscosity provides excellent light stability, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance and flexibility. The low viscosity of this urethane acrylate allows formulators wide formulating latitude, permits high oligomer content or lower formulation viscosities. Also this oligomer exhibits low odor, good cure speed and excellent adhesion to various plastic and metal substrates.

Photomer® 3016 is a high viscosity, non-volatile, di functional acrylate ester derived from a low molecular weight aromatic epoxy resin. The product exhibits fast cure speed, low odor and low skin irritancy. It is an excellent film former and contributes to unique performance properties typical of epoxy resins in UV/EB curable formulations.

PHOTOMER® 5042 is a tri functional chlorinated polyester acrylate diluted in 40% Photomer® 4006. It has been designed to provide adhesion to substrates like metals, wood and plastics such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP).

Photomer® 8061 is a novel aliphatic monofunctional acrylate (TPGMEMA) of low skin irritancy, low viscosity, low surface tension and low odor. It exhibits good solvency and viscosity reducing characteristics with typical UV/EB curable oligomers and prepolymers.

Omnistab LS 292 is a liquid hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). It provides outstanding light stability to many industrial and automotive coatings, as well as providing long-term stability to a wide variety of polymeric systems including styrene’s, acrylics, polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyurethane.

PHOTOMER® 2317 is a Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate (HPMA) which provides important properties to polymer products including hydrophilicity, improved adhesion to substrates, and crosslinking sites.

Omnirad BDK is a highly efficient, type I photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light. It can be used in combination with mono or multi-functional monomers as reactive diluents.

PHOTOMER® 4149 is an aliphatic trifunctional acrylate of low viscosity, low skin irritancy and excellent crosslinking reactivity. In comparison to other trifunctional acrylates, it is an unusually effective reactive diluent with excellent solvency and viscosity reducing characteristics in radiation curable formulations based on epoxy, polyurethane, and polyester oligomers.

Esacure KT 55 is a liquid mixture of Esacure TZT (50%) and Esacure KIP 150 (50%). IT is used in combination with a co initiator and is particularly suitable when high reactivity and low yellowing are required.

Omnistab IN 515 is an effective liquid polymerization inhibitor or storage stabilizer for photosensitive resins and monomers. It retards the self-polymerization of UV-coating and ink formulations during storage.

PHOTOMER® 4808 is a low viscosity, monofunctional acrylated monomer/reactive diluent, for use in radical initiated UV radiation cured coatings, inks and adhesives. PHOTOMER® 4808 has a hydrophobic backbone and exhibits good flexibility and excellent adhesion on non-polar substrates.

PHOTOMER® 4810 is used as mono functional monomer used as a flexibilizing agent in UV Radcure coatings and inks.

Omnipol ASA is a liquid polymeric amine synergist specifically designed for use in inks requiring low migration and low volatility. It is particularly suited to use in combination with low migration Type II photoinitiators as Omnipol BP and TX.

Photomer® 3005 is a reactive epoxy soybean oil acrylate. It has 100% solids and medium viscosity designed for UV/EB curable systems. It forms flexible films, exhibits moderate cure speed and low odor. Due to its oleophilic character, it contributes toward enhanced compatibility with hydrophobic (nonpolar) substrates and it enhances the wetting of organic pigments.

PHOTOMER® 4775 is an amine acrylate of intermediate viscosity to be used as an amine synergist in UV curable inks and coatings;

PHOTOMER® 6184 is a medium viscosity, nonvolatile, proprietary urethane acrylate oligomer blended with 20 % PHOTOMER® 4061 (TPGDA). This product exhibits good cure response and low odor. It is an excellent film former and contributes unique performance properties typical of urethane resins in UV/EB curable formulations.

Omnistab MEHQ is an polymerisation inhibitor for UV/EB formulations.

Omnistab IN 516 is an effective liquid polymerization inhibitor or storage stabilizer for photosensitive resins and monomers. It retards the self-polymerization of UV-coating and ink formulations during storage.

PHOTOMER® 2050 is a di functional methacrylated monomer with low skin irritation and with good flexibility and chemical resistance

Photomer® 4362 is a propoxylated analog of 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (Photomer® 4017). It is a very low irritation monomer that exhibits a higher degree of flexibility as compared to standard HDDA. This monomer imparts flexibility to coating formulations used in paper. packaging film, vinyl flooring and wood finishing applications.
