"Chem-Crete was founded in 1969 in Dallas Texas for the development and manufacturing of products for the construction industry. In 1987 Radi Al-Rashed change the name of the company to International Chem-Crete to better reflect his goal of being a supplier of green-technology products for the construction industry, worldwide. The company is focused on research and development as well as the manufacture of water-based products to solve a variety of durability and constructability issues in both concrete and asphalt materials. International Chem-Crete currently offers over 120 innovative and cost-effective solutions to common problems found in roadway pavements, airport pavements, bridges, tunnels, rail systems, commercial buildings and a host of others. These products have application to both new construction for the purpose of increasing longevity and performance and for long-lasting repair of existing structures.



International Chem-Crete has two manufacturing facilities to better serve its worldwide distribution network. The corporate office is primary home office, and research facility. The manufacturing plant is located in Burleson, Texas. From its Texas plant supplies the North American, Asian and North Africa markets. A second manufacturing facility in Slovakia and supplies Europe, Russia and surrounding countries including Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus and others. The combined manufacturing capabilities of these facilities can produce sufficient materials to handle the largest projects in a timely manner and without interruption.



A primary focus of the company has been to develop cost-effective solutions to the most common types of durability issues facing Portland cement concrete (PCC) pavements. Extensive research conducted by third party laboratories and universities and verified by actual field performance data have proven to dramatically reduce moisture-related issues in PCC. Freeze/thaw damage, deterioration due to chlorides (deicing salts), alkali silica reactivity and other types of deterioration have been significantly reduced."

CHEM-FLOOR is a two-component, 100% solids, high modulus, high gloss, heavy duty, clear or pigmented epoxy floor coating system. CHEM-FLOOR system is used as a protective floor coating for concrete floors and as a high gloss seal coating for heavy-duty epoxy mortar screeds. The system is also used as a high gloss coating, non-slip aggregate flooring. It has an excellent abrasion and chemical resistance.

CHEM-SEAL 14 is a solvent based concrete sealer and dustproofer, 14% solid acrylic agent. Dries to a uniform bonded non-yellowing film. Can be used in interior or exterior applications. Especially effective on exposed aggregate concrete surfaces.

CHEM-POXY GROUT E999 is solvent-free 100% solids, moisture-insensitive three component, ultra-low creep, pumpable, high flow and non-shrink epoxy grout system. It is formulated to be highly flowable for clearances down to 13mm.

Chem-Seal 17 is a two component low viscosity, solvented-epoxy clear sealer and primer for concrete substrate.

CHEM-NOVOLAC is a two-component, solvent-free, 100% sol epoxy system which exhibits superior resistance to acids, b mineral and organic, alkalis, salts, solvents, oils and ot chemicals. CHEM-NOVOLAC is high gloss, abrasion resist and moisture insensitive. Coatings and toppings of CHE NOVOLAC have excellent resistance to thermal shock w subjected to frequent steam or hot water cleaning.

ZINC RICH EP is an organic ZINC RICH Epoxy system recommended for use in the new construction and maintenance. ZINC RICH EP provides cathodic protection of reinforcement steel thus prevents the corrosion of construction rebars.

CHEM-PRIME is a two component, solvent-free epoxy resin based primer. Both resin and hardener components are formulated to promote an excellent adhesion.

CHEM-KOTE 3 is a two component, 100% solids, epoxy system for use in contact with potable water. This product meets ASTM C-881.

CHEM-HCR coating is a two-component, solvent free ep floor coating system that is high in chemical resistance. CHE HCR coating produces a dense tile like coating that will prot walls and floors. CHEM-HCR can be applied on both concr and steel surfaces.
