Eldercraft® 10% European Black Elderberry Extract  is a spray-dried elderberry extract standardized to 10% anthocyanins using Iprona Polyphenol Technology (IPT). It features an intense dark red color, uniform powdered particles, and a hygroscopic quality. Its taste is subtly reminiscent of black elderberry with a mild astringency.
