ElderCraft® 14% European Black Elderberry Extract is a spray-dried elderberry extract standardized to anthocyanins using Iprona Polyphenol Technology (IPT). This chemical-free process enhances active compounds, including polyphenols and high molecular weight fractions. It boasts an intense dark red color, uniform powdered particles, and a hygroscopic quality. Its taste features the distinctive flavor of black elderberry with a mild astringency.

Eldercraft® 10% European Black Elderberry Extract  is a spray-dried elderberry extract standardized to 10% anthocyanins using Iprona Polyphenol Technology (IPT). This chemical-free process enhances active compounds, including polyphenols and High Molecular Weight Fractions. It features an intense dark red color, uniform powdered particles, and a hygroscopic quality. Its taste is subtly reminiscent of black elderberry with a mild astringency.
