VIVAPUR® Pectin LA-S20 VIS-YA is a water solvable amidated pectin in form of a beige powder. It can be used to form a thermo-reversable gel or bio-based transparent coatings with oil and oxygen barrier properties upon the addition of higher valent ions (e.g. Ca2+). VIVAPUR® Pectin LA-S20 VIS-YA is an EU approved food additive which complies with the specifications according to Reg. (EU) No. 231/2012 and Food Chemical Codex. VIVAPUR® Pectin HS RV is a water solvable pectin with a high degree of methoxylation in form of a beige powder. It can be used to form a thermo-stable gel under acidic conditions in the presence of high sugar concentrations. VIVAPUR® Pectin HS RV is an EU approved food additive which complies with the specifications according to Reg. (EU) No. 231/2012 and Food Chemical Codex. VIVAPUR® Pectin LC-S18XH is an EU approved food additive which complies with the specifications according to Reg. (EU) No. 231/2012 and Food Chemical Codex.
