Khush Ingredients Cedarwood Oil is steam distilled from the roots and stumps of Cedrus doedara. It has a distinct woody odor and possesses epidermic and antiseptic properties. Because of this, Himalayan Cedarwood is used in a lot of soap fragrances. It is a different botanical species to Cedarwood Atlas (Cedrus atlantica), so it is not a substitute, but Himalayan Cedarwood and Cedarwood Atlas do have a lot of similarities.

 Khush Ingredients Himalayan Pine Needle Oil is derived from Pinus Sylvestris a truly hardy species that can survive extreme temperatures (as low as 20°C) Pine oil is extensively used in aromatherapy and as fragrances of air fresheners, disinfectants, and bath toiletries.

Khush Ingredients Patchouli (Dark) Oil is very widely used oil as a fragrance ingredient formulated in oriental, citrus and woody perfumes and personal care products and used extensively in Aromatherapy. oil is produced by steam distillation of the dried leaves of Pogostemon Cablin, a small plant native to Indonesia; where the bulk of today’s patchouli oil is produced. The plant is cultivated for production of essential oil throughout Indonesia.

Khush Ingredients Methyl Anthranilate is a perfumery intermediate used in various applications including fine fragrance, disperse dyes, repellents, laundry care, and in the flavor industry. It is similar in use to dimethyl anthranilate, but it will form Schiff bases with aldehydes. Methyl Anthranilate can also be found in nature, in essential oils such as Neroli.

Wintergreen is a natural extract from Gaultheria procumbens, which is produced from the steam distillation of the leaves. The resulting oil contains a very high concentration of Methyl Salicylate, which has analgesic and anti-bacterial properties. Methyl Salicylate is also found in insecticides and repellents and is similar in chemical composition to Aspirin (Acetyl Salicylic Acid). Khush Ingredients sources this essential oil from China, where our supply partner annually declares compliance to Khush Ingredients’ Sustainability and Ethical policy.


Khush Ingredients Clove Leaf Oil shares many of the same benefits as clove bud oil but is milder in aroma. It is often used as a source of natural eugenol rather than for culinary applications.

Well known for its significant health benefits, and as a component in soaps and flavorings/seasonings, this oils is also useful for activities within the home. Cleaning fruits and vegetables is common, due to its antibacterial and antioxidant properties. This product has even been revealed to help remove salmonella from leafy greens.
