Kolorcure Adhesion Promoter #8210 is designed to improve product performance on difficult substrates. While KOLORCURE screen inks and coatings are supplies “ready to use” substrate conditions sometimes change and the addition of the Adhesion Promoters may be required.

LUSTERCURE® LC 10-130 MATTE CLEAR is a medium viscosity, UV curable matte clear coating designed to be used via the screen printing process. When used as a protective hard, LC 10-130 will provide a very low gloss, non-burnishing finish. With a 10-12 micron deposit a gloss of 10 or less can be expected.

LUSTERCURE® LC 10-100 HI GLOSS CLEAR is a medium viscosity, UV curable gloss coating designed to be applied via the screen printing method. When used as a protective hard coat the cured coating will provide a scuff and abrasion resistant high gloss finish. When a 10-14 micron deposit is applied a gloss level above 80 can be expected.

Kolorcure Activator #3 (8208) is an activator which is used to enhance cure rates of Kolorcure inks and coatings. While KOLORCURE screen inks and coatings are supplied “ready to use” there are certain conditions when the addition of these activators will be desired. Activator #3 (8208) serves as photoinitiators (light activated catalyst) that will assist the curing process when faster line speeds or thicker ink deposits are required.

LUSTERCURE® LC 20-250 ACRYLIC COAT is a medium viscosity UV curable high gloss coating designed to be applied via the screen printing process. When applied to acrylic sheeting this coating will provide a protective transparent, glass like, scratch resistant surface. LC 20-250 will also exhibit non-yellowing and excellent weathering properties.

Kolorjet MP Acrylic Primer KJ-8217 is a specially formulated blend for adhesion to acrylic, treated polys, coroplast, and other various plastic materials.

LUSTERCURE® LC 10-400 LENS COATING is a medium viscosity UV curable high gloss coating designed to be applied via the screen print method. When used as a protective clear coat this product will exhibit outstanding clarity providing a crystal clear, chemical resistant surface.

Kolorcure Series II Adhesion Promoter #8350 is designed to improve product performance on difficult substrates. While KOLORCURE screen inks and coatings are supplies “ready to use” substrate conditions sometimes change and the addition of the Adhesion Promoters may be required.

LUSTERCURE® LC 10-120 SATIN CLEAR is a medium viscosity, UV curable gloss coating designed to be applied via the screen printing method. When used as a protective hard coat the cured coating will provide a non-burnishing, scratch resistant finish. When a 10-12 micron deposit is applied a gloss level between 28-32 can be expected. LC 10-120 can be modified or used to modify other KOLORCURE Hi Gloss or Matte hard coats.

LUSTERCURE® LC 20-200 MAR & SCRATCH is a medium viscosity UV curable high gloss coating designed to be applied via the screen printing process. The cured film will provide mar and scratch protection for printed graphics on many substrates. LC20-200 will exhibit outstanding product resistance, surface hardness, and film integrity.

LUSTERCURE® LC 20-400 INTERIOR GLOSS is a low viscosity UV curable gloss coating designed to be applied via the screen printing process. Created for use on a variety of packaging and graphic arts materials, the fully cured coating will exhibit outstanding gloss, excellent flow, flexibility, and film integrity.

Kolorjet Metal & Glass Primer KJ-8214 is a specially formulated blend for adhesion to glass, ceramics, aluminum, and other various metals.

Kolorjet Low Dyne Primer KJ-8220 is a specially formulated blend for adhesion to low dyne level (38+) substrates, particularly polyethylene, polypropylene, and coroplast.
