Vulcanizing Agent DTDM is used as the rubber accelerator and vulcanized agent of natural rubber, synthetic rubber. Under the curing temperature, it can release activing sulfur, effective sulfur content is about 27%. It has operating safety, curing speed is slow when it is used alone. The curing speed can be arised when used with thiazole, thiuram, thiocarbamate. There are many advantages, such as, no-spray, no-pollution, no-discolor, easy to disperse. It is especially suitable to butadiene rubber. Mainly it is used to manufacture tires, inner tube, rubber beltl, heat-resistance rubber products, etc.. A fast curing accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber and latex. It is more active than rubber accelerator ZDC in dry rubber. The latex contained accelerator ZDBC can’t be prevulcanized in a week. It is an excellent activator of thiazole kinds accelerator. It can be used as antioxidant in the mixing rubber and can improve the anti-aging properties. Non color degradation, non-staining and easy dispersion in rubber process. ZDBC is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR175.105, 178.2010, 175.300, 177.1210, 177.2600 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 1-4 and”Sonderkategorie”.

A universal rubber accelerator, mainly is used in tires, rubber shoes and other rubber articles. It is not used in rubber bags for food because of its bitterness. MBT is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600, 175.105, 176.300 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 1-4 and “Sonderkategorie”.
