It acts as middle-speed accelerator, suitable for natural and synthetic rubber, and also can be used as activator for kinds of thiazole, thiuram and sulfenamide. It acts as plasticizer and plastic-divider on chloroprene rubber, especially suitable for rubber products such as tire, rubber shoes, and so on. DPG is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 3-4.

Rubber Accelerator DPTT is a Light yellow powder，non-toxic and indorous. Soluble in chloroform, benzene, acetone, carbon disulfide, a little soluble in gasolind and carbon tetrachloride, insoluble in water and dilute alkali.

A overspead accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber and latex. Curing active temperature is low. It can substitute for ZDBC、ZDEC、PZ, ect.. Operating safety is much better. Specially , it will not produce cancer-causing nitrosamize during the rubber manufacturing process , and it can be used as excellent activator to kinds of thiazole. Appropriate matching quantity of Zine oxide and sulfur when using , and aliphatic acid is not necessary .it can be added directly into rubber mass and also can be added into latex as component part. ZBEC is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR 175.105,177.2600 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 1-4 and”Sonderkategorie”.

A fast curing accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber and latex. It is more active than rubber accelerator ZDC in dry rubber. The latex contained accelerator ZDBC can’t be prevulcanized in a week. It is an excellent activator of thiazole kinds accelerator. It can be used as antioxidant in the mixing rubber and can improve the anti-aging properties. Non color degradation, non-staining and easy dispersion in rubber process. ZDBC is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR175.105, 178.2010, 175.300, 177.1210, 177.2600 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 1-4 and”Sonderkategorie”.

Vulcanizing Agent DTDM is used as the rubber accelerator and vulcanized agent of natural rubber, synthetic rubber. Under the curing temperature, it can release activing sulfur, effective sulfur content is about 27%. It has operating safety, curing speed is slow when it is used alone. The curing speed can be arised when used with thiazole, thiuram, thiocarbamate. There are many advantages, such as, no-spray, no-pollution, no-discolor, easy to disperse. It is especially suitable to butadiene rubber. Mainly it is used to manufacture tires, inner tube, rubber beltl, heat-resistance rubber products, etc.. A universal rubber accelerator, mainly is used in tires, rubber shoes and other rubber articles. It is not used in rubber bags for food because of its bitterness. MBT is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600, 175.105, 176.300 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 1-4 and “Sonderkategorie”.

A fast curing accelerator for natural, synthetic rubber and latex, it can be used as accelerators of butyl rubber, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber and EPDM rubber, non-toxic, inodorous, stainless and changeless in colors on products, suitable for coated fabric,. It had wonderful effect in the products of EPDM rubber and butyl rubber. ZDMC is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600, 178.3120 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 1-4 and “Sonderkategorie”.
