UNI-REZ™ thixotropic polyamides provide performance well beyond the capabilities of other competing technologies for controlling the rheology of structured non-drip gloss paints and varnishes. Kraton thixotropic grades are non-reactive polyamide resin for use in thixotropic alkyds.

SYLFAT™ fatty acids are useful in a wide range of industrial applications including fuel additives, alkyd resins, dimer acids, surfactants, cleaners, oil field chemicals, lubricant esters and other chemical derivatives.  The use of these product ranges can be found in the long carbon chain (C18), the acid function of the carboxyl group (COOH) and the unsaturation of the double bonds.

SYLFAT FA1 Tall Oil Fatty Acid (TOFA) combines a long carbon chain (C18) of relatively high unsaturation with the acid functionality of a carboxyl group (-COOH).

Kraton FG1901 G is a clear, linear triblock copolymer based on styrene and ethylene/butylene with a polystyrene content of 30%. It is supplied from North America in the physical form identified below. FG1901 GT - supplied as a dusted pellet Kraton FG1901 G is used as a modifier of bitumen and polymers. It is also suitable as an ingredient in formulating compounds for footwear applications and may be used in formulating adhesives, sealants, and coatings.

Kraton G1726 M is a clear, linear triblock copolymer based on styrene and ethylene/butylene with a polystyrene content of 30%. It is supplied from North America in the physical form identified below. Kraton G1726 MS - is supplied as a dusted, dense pellet. Kraton G1726 M is used as a modifier of bitumen and polymers. It is also suitable as an ingredient in formulating compounds for footwear applications and may be used in formulating adhesives, sealants, and coatings.

Kraton G1701 M is a clear, linear diblock copolymer based on styrene and ethylene/propylene with a polystyrene content of 37%. It is supplied from North America in the physical form identified below.

content of 33%. Nominal oil content of the polymer is 45.5%w (90 parts/100 parts rubber (phr)). It is supplied from North America iin the physical form identified below.

Kraton G4609 H is used as a base material for themoplastic elastomer (TPE) compound formulations for a variety of applications. It is also used as a modifier of thermoplastics and bitumen. The inherent stability of SEBS polymers suggests the use of G4609 H in applications that must withstand weathering and high processing temperatures.

Kraton G1651 H is used as a base material for themoplastic elastomer (TPE) compound formulations for a variety of applications. It is also used as a modifier of thermoplastics and bitumen. UNI-REZ 2521 (formerly UNI-REZ 521) thermoplastic polyamide resin is designed to impart a high degree of thixotropy to alkyd resins. Thixotropy can be achieved by reacting UNI-REZ 2521 with the alkyd resin at temperatures between 190-210°C. UNI-REZ 2521 can be easily processed and achieves its clear point on dilution before attainment of maximum thixotropy.

AQUATAC 2600 experimental resin dispersion is an alkyl phenol free rosin ester dispersion
designed for high-performance waterborne pressure sensitive adhesives using the latest in
surfactant technologies. This high solids tackifier dispersion is designed for use in Pressure
Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) applications and combines high heat resistance with an excellent
balance of shear, tack and peel properties.

AQUATAC™ 2600

UNI-REZ 2532 (formerly UNI-REZ E3525) thermoplastic polyamide resin is designed to impart a high degree of thixotropy to alkyd resins. Thixotropy can be achieved by reacting UNI-REZ 2532 with the alkyd resin at temperatures between 210-230°C. UNI-REZ 2532 can be easily processed and achieves its clear point on dilution before attainment of maximum thixotropy. UNI-REZ 2532 forms very strong and rigid thixotropic gels that are resistant to high levels of polar solvents.
